DAM Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of three, establishing expectations for quality, speed, and accountability.

• Distribute responsibilities and address issues related to capacity, processes, and performance.

• Oversee the production calendar for launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and miscellaneous requests.

• Transform incoming requests into defined scopes, assigned owners, deadlines, and quality assurance checkpoints.

• Anticipate team capacity, identify conflicts, and negotiate project scopes when priorities overlap.

• Manage product publishing across all product lines, ensuring all metadata and imagery is accurate prior to launch.

• Design and enhance the quality assurance process for a growing catalog, aiming for tens of thousands of listings.

• Document workflows to ensure the team is not reliant on individual memory.

• Facilitate product-related tasks across departments, proactively identify risks, and maintain progress when challenges arise.

• Develop systems and processes that empower the team to function autonomously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Previous experience in leading or co-leading a team, demonstrating authentic ownership of personnel and their contributions.

• Proven history of managing projects with strict deadlines involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in developing or scaling a quality assurance process for high-volume content or product outputs.

• Practical knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or product information management (PIM) platforms, along with an understanding of the underlying data structures.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.

• Knowledge of Illustrator is advantageous.

• Experience with scripted or automated production workflows in Photoshop, or proficiency in creating lightweight tools using AI, no-code platforms, or basic scripting will be considered strong differentiators, though not mandatory.
