Cybersecurity Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Supervise the implementation and delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST standards.

• Plan and lead Ethical Hacking and Pentesting activities (internal, external, web, mobile, and network).

• Define methodologies, scopes, and timelines for security assessments.

• Analyze results, prioritize risks, and coordinate remediation plans with the responsible areas.

• Ensure the proper use of scanning and offensive testing tools.

• Prepare executive and technical reports for upper management and clients.

• Keep metrics, KPIs, and maturity levels in offensive security updated.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, MITRE).

• Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure effective service delivery.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

• Manage client deals and requests, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Develop comprehensive monthly reports on security posture, identified vulnerabilities, and the effectiveness of services rendered.

• Present information clearly and accessibly for upper management.

• Manage client escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that issues are addressed appropriately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST.

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.

• Ability to produce detailed monthly reports and present information clearly and concisely.

• Experience in managing client escalations.

• Higher education in Information Technology or Exact Sciences, or a degree in Cybersecurity.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

• Experience as a coordinator in a corporate environment is required.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
