Cyber Security Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Cyber Security Engineers

• Set team objectives, performance benchmarks, and professional growth plans

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance assessments, and coaching

• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing, and security-oriented team environment

• Handle resource allocation, prioritize workloads, and assign projects

• Design, implement, and sustain secure network infrastructures to safeguard the organization against cyber threats

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security; or

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security; or

• JD/PhD with 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Profound understanding of enterprise networking, security architecture, and infrastructure security

• Experience in managing NDR/DDR, SIEM, and EDR

• Proficiency in securing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• In-depth knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001

• Experience with incident response, threat detection, and security investigations

• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
