Senior Manager – Software Development Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team comprising engineers, testers, and data engineers.

• Manage recruitment, performance assessments, and career progression initiatives.

• Take charge of the architecture and implementation of multi-agent AI systems utilizing Vertex AI, Gemini models, and GCP AI/ML services.

• Supervise enterprise SMS and RCS messaging platforms, which includes orchestration, routing, carrier integrations, and conversational AI workflows.

• Design TCPA compliance measures, such as consent management, suppression lists, opt-out procedures, and audit trails.

• Propel a GCP-first infrastructure strategy across GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Dataflow.

• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to convert regulatory requirements into robust system controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 4 years of experience managing engineering teams.

• Practical experience with LLMs or agentic AI systems in enterprise settings.

• Proficient hands-on experience with GCP, including Vertex AI, GKE, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.

• Extensive understanding of SMS/RCS messaging, covering short codes, aggregators, and carrier networks.

• Familiarity with TCPA compliance and consent management systems.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

• Preferred experience with Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain, or agentic orchestration frameworks.

• Experience with RCS Business Messaging (Infobip) or the Google Jibe platform is preferred.

• Preferred experience handling HIPAA data in a regulated healthcare setting.

• GCP Professional certifications are preferred.
