
Cyber Partner Coordinator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Direct and oversee a team of program analysts, managers, and subject matter experts who support clients on nationally important cybersecurity initiatives.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with governmental, industry, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international stakeholders.
β’ Organize and lead stakeholder engagements, meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
β’ Facilitate discussions, collect information, and create recommendations that address the needs of clients and partners.
β’ Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to identify trends and evaluate stakeholder feedback.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of engagements and inform project strategies and recommendations.
β’ Create and present strategic plans, assessments, reports, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, fact sheets, and white papers.
β’ Oversee multiple milestones and deliverables.
β’ Act as a trusted resource for coordination and consulting in cybersecurity planning and defense.
β’ Simplify complex cybersecurity and program information into clear communications suitable for executive audiences.
β’ A BA/BS degree and 10β15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ A strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals from a technical, policy, or a combined perspective.
β’ Experience collaborating with state, local, tribal, and territorial organizations.
β’ Proven experience managing relationships with industry stakeholders and external partners.
β’ Background in working with cybersecurity industry partners or organizations.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in developing executive-level deliverables, presentations, reports, briefings, and professional written materials.
β’ Experience in coordinating and managing projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities.
β’ Skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, organization, and general management.
β’ Consulting abilities, including assessing stakeholder needs, synthesizing information, and providing actionable recommendations.
β’ Capability to work across technical, policy, program, and executive stakeholder groups.
β’ Eligibility to obtain and maintain DHS suitability; DHS Suitability is mandatory.
β’ Requirement for Top Secret (TS) clearance.
β’ Proficiency in communicating cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Strong project coordination, analytical, consulting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
β’ High level of professionalism, judgment, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
β’ U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
β’ Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination; sponsorship is not available.
