Cyber Partner Coordinator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee a team of program analysts, managers, and subject matter experts who support clients on nationally important cybersecurity initiatives.

• Establish and nurture relationships with governmental, industry, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international stakeholders.

• Organize and lead stakeholder engagements, meetings, workshops, and working sessions.

• Facilitate discussions, collect information, and create recommendations that address the needs of clients and partners.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to identify trends and evaluate stakeholder feedback.

• Assess the effectiveness of engagements and inform project strategies and recommendations.

• Create and present strategic plans, assessments, reports, presentations, briefing materials, talking points, fact sheets, and white papers.

• Oversee multiple milestones and deliverables.

• Act as a trusted resource for coordination and consulting in cybersecurity planning and defense.

• Simplify complex cybersecurity and program information into clear communications suitable for executive audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree and 10–15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals from a technical, policy, or a combined perspective.

• Experience collaborating with state, local, tribal, and territorial organizations.

• Proven experience managing relationships with industry stakeholders and external partners.

• Background in working with cybersecurity industry partners or organizations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

• Proficient in developing executive-level deliverables, presentations, reports, briefings, and professional written materials.

• Experience in coordinating and managing projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities.

• Skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, organization, and general management.

• Consulting abilities, including assessing stakeholder needs, synthesizing information, and providing actionable recommendations.

• Capability to work across technical, policy, program, and executive stakeholder groups.

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain DHS suitability; DHS Suitability is mandatory.

• Requirement for Top Secret (TS) clearance.

• Proficiency in communicating cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong project coordination, analytical, consulting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• High level of professionalism, judgment, attention to detail, and responsiveness.

• U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination; sponsorship is not available.
