This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide extensive, customer-oriented training on the Reveleer platform, focusing on clinical coding, data retrieval, and analytics features.
β’ Conduct live virtual training sessions for clients covering clinical coding, data retrieval, and analytics platform features, including both one-on-one coaching and group workshops.
β’ Evaluate customer-specific training needs based on project requirements, onboarding status, and performance data.
β’ Deliver engaging, role-specific training customized to the structures and workflows of customer teams.
β’ Offer one-on-one and small-group coaching to clients regarding platform functionality, coding standards, and retrieval processes.
β’ Educate customers on how to access, interpret, and utilize Reveleer's analytics and reporting features within the platform.
β’ Collaborate with Learning and Development to create customer training materials, such as facilitator guides, job aids, quick-reference tools, and knowledge assessments.
β’ Partner with Product and operational teams to ensure training materials accurately depict current platform capabilities and processes.
β’ Identify deficiencies in existing training resources and propose updates based on customer feedback and performance trends.
β’ Collect feedback from training sessions and leverage performance data to enhance training content and delivery methods.
β’ Review customer audit outcomes and performance trends to determine re-education needs and coaching opportunities.
β’ Stay updated on clinical coding guidelines, retrieval workflows, and platform functionalities.
β’ Assist customers beyond initial onboarding with continued learning support and skill enhancement.
β’ Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Operations teams to comprehend customer training requirements.
β’ Coordinate with Product teams regarding platform updates and their implications for customer training.
β’ Work alongside Quality and Retrieval teams to ensure training meets compliance standards and operational expectations.
β’ Current or recent clinical coding certification: CPC (AAPC), RHIT, or a comparable healthcare coding certification.
β’ At least 3-5 years of practical clinical coding experience.
β’ Strong understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
β’ Knowledge of coding audit processes and quality improvement methodologies.
β’ Familiarity with risk adjustment and quality coding within a healthcare operations framework.
β’ Proven ability to lead engaging, interactive training sessions in both live virtual and in-person formats.
β’ Strong presentation and public speaking abilities; comfortable delivering training on camera and in virtual environments.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of explaining complex clinical and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
β’ Experience in developing or contributing to training materials, such as guides, job aids, and reference documents.
β’ Ability to modify communication style and instructional methods to accommodate diverse learner needs.
β’ Experience in gathering and integrating feedback to enhance training quality and outcomes.
β’ Strong listening and coaching skills; able to build rapport with learners and foster skill development.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Strong computer skills with the aptitude to learn new systems and platforms rapidly.
β’ Comfortable using virtual training tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS platforms).
β’ Ability to navigate and comprehend platform-based workflows and reporting features.
β’ Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills; capable of reviewing data and identifying trends.
β’ Self-motivated and highly organized; able to oversee multiple training initiatives with minimal supervision.
β’ Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
β’ Professional demeanor; tactful communication and ability to engage with customers and internal teams.
