Customer Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising OEM/ODM, network and storage vendors, and software partners to develop cutting-edge AI Storage Computing Platforms.

• Formulate strategies and tactics for promoting GPU and Storage server solutions, overseeing the integration of advanced hardware and software stacks from the proof-of-concept stage to customer acceptance and service initiation.

• Spearhead and enhance product development by defining project scopes, assembling support teams, initiating projects with clients, creating joint timelines, and aiding design-in initiatives.

• Oversee engineering design reviews and ensure the implementation of features required by customers.

• Facilitate the resolution of critical issues and bugs, ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment.

• Organize and direct intricate technical discussions pertaining to hardware and software engineering.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality assurance, product management, and sales teams to address technical and logistical challenges.

• Update customers and management on program status and significant issues.

• Recognize opportunities for organizational learning aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Extensive experience in Technical Program Management for complex OEM/ODM System Level integration, development, and qualification.

• Prior experience with the Software/Hardware System Level life cycle.

• Knowledge of key performance indicators essential for effectively leading programs/projects.

• Proven experience in driving execution and coordination among internal teams and external clients.

• Experience collaborating with leadership teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics and risk management.
