Customer Support – Streaming Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Assist customers of a worldwide streaming media and entertainment corporation.

• Establish a connection with callers while providing support for movies, TV shows, and animated content.

• Deliver customer service and technical assistance.

• Troubleshoot streaming services on mobile devices, smart TVs, and other platforms.

• Identify and resolve customer issues.

• Utilize multiple applications concurrently while supporting customers.

• Work with CRM applications as necessary.

• Perform testing as part of the application procedure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or contact center setting.

• A strong desire to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

• Familiarity with streaming services and basic troubleshooting techniques.

• Knowledge of streaming services on mobile devices, smart TVs, etc.

• Basic keyboard skills for PC usage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Experience in technical support.

• Strong skills in problem diagnosis and resolution.

• Capability to multitask and operate various applications at the same time.

• Experience with CRM applications is preferred.

• Must have excellent internet connectivity: at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.

• Wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with the systems.

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
