This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist SeatGeek customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Aid customers with ticket purchases, delivery, transfers, account access, payments, refunds, and event modifications.
• Investigate customer issues utilizing SeatGeek systems, policies, and internal resources.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically during urgent or challenging situations.
• Take ownership of customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and practical solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate issues that require additional support.
• Meet expectations for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, attendance, and adherence to schedules.
• Engage in coaching, quality assessments, training sessions, and team meetings.
• Adhere to customer data, account security, confidentiality, and information security protocols.
• Relay recurring issues and process deficiencies to the Team Lead.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal partners to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Complete a full-time, two-week training program starting October 19, 2026.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer support, customer service, contact-center operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience in assisting customers via phone, email, or live chat.
• Customer-first attitude and the ability to stay calm and helpful during challenging conversations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in deciding when to resolve or escalate issues.
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation capabilities.
• Comfort with learning new systems, policies, and workflows.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and a sense of ownership.
• Willingness to accept feedback and quickly apply coaching.
• Collaborative mindset when working with colleagues.
• Reliable computer that meets the required technical specifications.
• Stable high-speed internet connection suitable for voice and video calls.
• Dependable backup internet connection.
• Quiet and professional workspace.
• Reliable headset with a microphone.
• Ability to comply with SeatGeek and Frontier information security and workspace requirements.
• Successful completion of training attendance, knowledge assessments, quality standards, security measures, and customer simulation criteria.
• Full-time, remote working position.
• Two consecutive days off each week.
