• Act as the initial point of contact for customers

• Aid customers with inquiries

• Address customer issues and concerns

• Deliver professional and personalized customer support

• Engage with customers nationwide

• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Windows 11 ONLY; no Chromebooks or Apple devices

• Preferred computer specifications of 8 GB–16 GB RAM

• Dual monitors are optional during the application process

• Noise-canceling USB headset is optional during the application process

• Hardwired internet connection required

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Dependable internet connection necessary

• Quiet, noise-free workspace essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Spanish

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
