Customer Service Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers

• Support customers by answering their inquiries

• Address and resolve customer issues and concerns

• Deliver professional and tailored customer assistance

• Handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively

• Engage with customers nationwide while working remotely

⛳️ Requirements

• Must use Windows 11; Chromebooks and Apple devices are not acceptable

• Preferred computer specifications include 8 GB–16 GB RAM

• Must have a hardwired internet connection

• A stable internet connection is necessary

• A quiet and distraction-free workspace is required

• High school diploma or equivalent is needed

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Spanish

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
