Customer Service Representative – Spanish Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer service calls

• Provide prompt, efficient, and professional answers to customer queries

• Assess customer needs and recommend relevant products and services

• Update and maintain customer records using databases to confirm and retrieve information

• Address order inquiries and facilitate new or repeat orders

• Resolve product or service issues by choosing suitable actions for immediate resolution

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience in every interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental computer skills

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

• High School diploma or GED is preferred

• A year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred

• Previous experience in a Call Center is preferred
