This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Address customer issues with accurate and empathetic information.
• Serve as the primary specialist for live contacts, with a focus on phone support.
• Assist customers in navigating the order replacement process and create replacement orders in real time.
• Identify underlying issues and provide immediate solutions.
• Assess incoming requests to differentiate between internal errors and customer-related changes.
• Evaluate and document cases accurately upon intake.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to troubleshoot print problems.
• Proofread and modify design files as necessary.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transition customers from general support to the Print Quality queue.
• Record comprehensive technical data in Salesforce to monitor trends and recurring print/design challenges.
• Prepare requests for replacement orders for the Processing Team to fulfill.
• Work with the Print Quality team to establish best practices and maintain consistency.
• Provide assistance with general customer service duties during peak seasonal times.
• Candidates must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to modify tone for live conversations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
• Lightroom expertise is an advantage.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to resolve complex print and design challenges quickly.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented setting.
• Skills to engage effectively with colleagues and accept constructive feedback.
• Must be able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
• Ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain composure and focus while troubleshooting issues during live customer interactions.
• Open to change and adapting to shifting priorities as seasonal demand fluctuates.
• Seasonal position commencing in September and concluding in December 2026.
