Customer Service Representative – Corporate Catering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Roughly 70% of the role involves written customer service, while 30% is dedicated to telephone support.

• Addressing customer inquiries via email.

• Offering customer assistance over the phone.

• Overseeing review platforms.

• Responding to queries related to orders and deliveries.

• Managing complaints and identifying appropriate solutions or replacement options.

• Engaging with customers in a friendly, patient, and solution-focused approach.

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

• Strong communication abilities and an empathetic demeanor.

• Patience and eagerness for direct interaction with customers.

• Commitment to taking the necessary time to address customer concerns.

• Dependable and self-driven work ethic.
