Customer Service Representative – Back Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to course participants through online and telephone support.

• Offer guidance to customers regarding services, course options, and procedures.

• Address written inquiries via live chat and email.

• Record and resolve customer requests in the HubSpot ticketing system.

• Administer and evaluate placement tests across various language levels.

• Oversee and maintain records for courses and participants.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and certificates of participation.

• Support teams in Germany and Austria from the back office located in Hungary.

• Engage in the shared daily operations of the remote team.

• Attend virtual training sessions.

• Background or training in business administration or customer consulting.

• Relevant experience in fields like hospitality, tourism, and foreign-language correspondence.

• Customer-centric attitude and a passion for working with people.

• Strong organizational capabilities, proactive approach, and dependable working style.

• Proficient in MS Office and various digital communication tools.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• Good proficiency in English.

• A team player who enjoys collaborating in a remote environment.
