Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +37 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing customer communications.

• Address and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening.

• Manage confidential customer information with care.

• Aim to resolve issues proactively on the first call whenever possible.

• Interact with customers in a professional manner.

• Resolve and de-escalate issues calmly.

• Escalate situations when necessary.

• Monitor call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Provide insights on call-related issues.

• Upsell when appropriate.

• Utilize web-based tools to address inquiries and enhance the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service is necessary.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Proficiency in typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based systems.

• A dedicated workspace close to the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection is essential.

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with an ISP latency under 50ms.

• The internet connection must not be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.

• Proof of internet speed must be provided.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
