This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Respond to and monitor incoming calls.
• Prepare and submit precise, detailed reports within government systems.
• Engage with callers in an interactive environment, utilizing critical-thinking skills and sound judgment beyond standardized scripts and decision trees.
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while accurately documenting and preserving information.
• Meticulously record all details in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct research using databases and open-source resources.
• Appropriately route and escalate calls as necessary.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while effectively communicating and entering data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage assigned tasks, and make well-informed decisions with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Word, including drafting, formatting, editing, reviewing, and finalizing professional documents.
• Familiarity with telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in managing sensitive information.
• Must be able to pass a government security background check.
