Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee maintenance, collection, and liquidation tasks for a designated portfolio of accounts

• Address customer inquiries

• Evaluate payment history and account notes

• Inform customers about account statuses

• Examine customer contracts, including voluntary surrender, principal and interest payment breakdowns, and total loss procedures

• Counsel customers regarding the status of open and closed accounts

• Provide details about title status, covering state-to-state transfers and title protection

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding optional products

• Support customers with extensions and payment deferrals

• Process payments and review account history and notes

• Keep precise records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions

• Suggest suitable customer solutions through account analysis

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong multitasking skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Motivated to solve problems and achieve goals

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Background in customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Internet access with upload speeds of 2 Mbps and download speeds of 10 Mbps or higher

• Hardwired internet connection; wireless and satellite internet are not acceptable

• A productive, quiet, distraction-free, and secure home work environment

• Smartphone (iOS or Android), no older than 4 years, capable of downloading the company communications app

• Must be comfortable performing manual calculations

• Must be adept at managing multiple systems concurrently
