Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Manage maintenance, collection, and liquidation tasks for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Address customer inquiries while evaluating payment histories and account notes.

• Inform customers about the status of their accounts.

• Examine customer contracts, including details on voluntary surrender, principal and interest payment breakdowns, and total loss procedures.

• Guide customers on both open and closed accounts.

• Offer insights regarding title status, state-to-state transfers, and title protection.

• Share information about available optional products.

• Assist customers with payment extensions and deferrals.

• Process payments and review account histories and notes.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions, issues, and their resolutions.

• Suggest suitable customer solutions based on account analysis.

• Complete SHL testing upon application to progress to the next selection stage.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to multitask.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Motivation to resolve issues and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Prior experience in customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Comfortable with performing manual calculations.

• Able to manage multiple systems simultaneously.

• Internet connection speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download or higher.

• Requires hardwired internet access; wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible.

• A productive, quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace.

• A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, capable of downloading the company app.
