Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls regarding student inquiries

• Support families and educational institutions involved in the scholarship program

• Provide information about scholarship applications and their funding status

• Ensure that callers are satisfied and that students are successfully registered

• Deliver direct customer support in a remote work environment

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in multitasking

• Proficient in English

• Motivation to solve issues and achieve targets

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Prior experience in customer service

• Excellent wired internet connectivity

• Dependable, hard-wired internet service
