This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service utilizing the company's equipment and the Talkdesk desktop application.

• Manage incoming calls related to shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking.

• Respond to calls in a positive, professional manner with a focus on customer satisfaction as the main goal.

• Resolve customer issues by leveraging all available resources.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Successfully complete the initial 7 weeks of paid remote training, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM EST.

• Be available for mandatory overtime during peak periods following the completion of training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be residents of Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.

• Regular full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight EST, with rotating days off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, including every other Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

• High-speed cable Internet connection with a minimum of 25mb plan (no DSL).

• Proficient in using Windows-based desktop computer systems.

• Skilled in Internet usage and navigation.

• Demonstrated initiative and motivation to achieve success.

• Ability to identify customer needs and troubleshoot issues using available tools.

• Have or show a genuine desire to learn minor technical details about vehicle systems.

• Capable of multitasking, coordinating, and managing time effectively while upholding professionalism.

• Ability to follow instructions, respond to management directives, meet departmental standards, and enhance personal and team productivity.

• Proficient in computer usage and other desktop applications.

• ASE Certifications are preferred.

• Preferred candidates will have automotive knowledge and at least two years of experience in the automotive industry.
