📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service utilizing the Talkdesk desktop application.

• Manage incoming calls relating to shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking.

• Respond to calls in a cheerful, professional manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Identify customer needs and resolve issues using the available tools.

• Effectively multitask, coordinate, and manage time while upholding professionalism.

• Adhere to instructions and leadership guidance while achieving departmental standards.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Complete 7 weeks of paid remote training on the job.

• Be available for required overtime during peak periods following training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.

• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight EST, with rotating days off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and every other Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

• High-speed cable internet with a minimum 25 Mbps plan; DSL is not acceptable.

• Proficient with Windows-based desktop computer systems.

• Skilled in using and navigating the Internet.

• Strong initiative and motivation to achieve success.

• Capable of recognizing customer needs and troubleshooting issues with available resources.

• Genuine interest in learning minor technical details about vehicle systems.

• Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage time effectively.

• Ability to follow directives, respond to leadership guidance, meet departmental standards, and enhance personal and team productivity.

• Competent with computers and other desktop applications.

• Customer service experience is advantageous.

• ASE Certifications are preferred.

• Preferred automotive knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
