This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming calls from members and providers.
β’ Enter data while delivering a high standard of customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
β’ Address customer service inquiries and issues through both telephone and email.
β’ Accurately and consistently document communications.
β’ Utilize computerized systems for tracking calls, gathering information, and troubleshooting.
β’ Assess customer needs, explain programs, and recommend or promote alternative products or services.
β’ Identify, evaluate, and prioritize the needs, questions, and concerns of callers.
β’ Develop resolution plans and respond in an appropriate and efficient manner.
β’ Maintain and restore customer satisfaction while collaborating with other teams.
β’ Conduct problem analysis and determine resolutions according to established protocols.
β’ Educate callers about program benefits.
β’ Achieve or surpass call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality benchmarks.
β’ Utilize computer tools to accurately process and document information.
β’ Build rapport with callers and adjust communication styles as needed.
β’ Provide accurate information regarding Sharecare programs and services.
β’ Escalate internal issues and follow up on raised concerns.
β’ High School Diploma.
β’ Previous experience in a customer service-related role is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
β’ Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet navigation is essential.
β’ Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
β’ Ability to succeed in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
