This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
β’ Foster positive customer relationships through phone interactions and in-person engagements.
β’ Collect customer information to identify and resolve issues effectively.
β’ Confirm, schedule, and adjust customer service appointments as needed.
β’ Arrange sales meetings for prospective customers.
β’ Address inquiries related to billing.
β’ Perform various clerical tasks as assigned.
β’ Collaborate effectively with the Service and Sales teams.
β’ Promote the benefits of services and recommend service enhancements.
β’ Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic support to customers.
β’ High school diploma or GED is required.
β’ Exceptional listening and communication skills.
β’ Pleasant phone demeanor with clear and understandable speech.
β’ Proven ability to multitask, ensuring accurate data entry while engaging with customers.
β’ Capacity to stay composed and perform under pressure during busy periods.
β’ Willingness to assist fellow team members.
β’ Strong attention to detail coupled with a desire to learn.
β’ Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Availability to work Monday through Friday and on Saturdays as necessary.
