This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of existing processes, procedures, and tools related to the Oscar business model.
• Collaborate with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors through various channels based on assignment requirements.
• Oversee an assigned caseload while ensuring adherence to service delivery, productivity, and quality standards.
• Establish collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
• Assist the leadership team by pinpointing issues using established escalation pathways.
• Monitor and assess the status of ongoing work-in-progress issues.
• Identify and resolve issues to guarantee timely turnaround times.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to operational, regulatory, and compliance standards regarding member Personal Health Information (PHI).
• Follow all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced or customer-centric environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in healthcare.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
