This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provide service for Diagnostics Equipment in the Seattle, WA area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer locations with minimal oversight.
• Ensure timely and effective repairs while training operators to achieve optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance within the territory, encompassing revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight.
• Manage company assets, including a company vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Build and sustain business relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Accurately perform necessary administrative tasks.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing tools and service test equipment, with the capability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with all essential network applications and tools, including eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and the NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools.
• 3-5 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments is required.
• A valid driver's license, the ability to drive independently during day and night, and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and perform activities including walking, climbing ladders/step stools, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, reaching high, and fine manipulation.
• Good vision and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional judgment in customer relations and managing company resources.
• Strong expertise in instrument systems technology, including mechanical, electrical, chemical, and software technology.
• Experience with electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is essential.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence and should not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending charges, or other serious moving violations unless legally exempt.
• Must comply with applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client-site access, which may include identity verification, criminal background checks, drug screening, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
