Customer Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee all models related to Multi-Modality Equipment in the designated area.

• Conduct comprehensive system-level troubleshooting on intricate multi-symptom issues.

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed punctually.

• Guarantee the timely finalization of FMIs and PMS inspection documentation for assigned accounts.

• Cultivate a conceptual understanding of the professional field.

• Address problems utilizing established procedures.

• Work collaboratively with others to resolve issues.

• Build robust customer relationships and act as the liaison between the customer and GE.

• Share technical information, pose questions, and verify understanding.

• Execute services and maintenance tasks on customer locations/properties.

• Contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish both sold and existing products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of field experience in CT/Cathlab Modality is preferred.

• Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to document, plan, market, and implement programs effectively.

• Proficiency in completing administrative tasks within deadlines.

• Familiarity with Multi-Modality Equipment.

• Competence in performing comprehensive system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.

• Ability to finalize FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Prevent to Maintain Service) inspection documentation.

• Skill in resolving issues through established procedures and consulting senior team members when necessary.
