Customer Sales Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for Tribe Wellness’s pet health client.

• Engage with potential customers to turn prospects into loyal advocates of the brand.

• Perform protocol reviews and engage in product sales discussions.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and utilize training materials to understand Tribe’s sales philosophy and techniques.

• Utilize communication tools and platforms in a global remote setting.

• Manage regular phone and video calls using the calling system, Salesforce, and Zoom.

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by personal growth and sales success.

• Background, knowledge, or enthusiasm in health and wellness.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong abilities in communication and relationship development.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours each day, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer.

• Functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to run the calling system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.

• Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency ideally below approximately 150 ms.

• Jitter ideally below approximately 30 ms.

• Packet loss ideally under approximately 1%.
