Customer Sales Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Sky customers.

• Assist customers with their equipment and Sky Protect policies.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Comprehend customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.

• Merge customer support with sales achievements while ensuring favorable customer outcomes in accordance with FCA regulations.

• Operate on a rotational six-week shift schedule from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

• Engage in eLearning, facilitator-led training sessions, role-play scenarios, call listening, and call-handling practices during onboarding.

• Take part in telephone screenings, virtual assessments, Microsoft Teams interviews, and call-listening exercises.

• Complete employment screening checks and set up equipment prior to commencement.

• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate product information clearly without jargon or confusing language.

• Capable of working independently in a home-based role.

• Broadband access is necessary.

• Availability to work 37.5 hours weekly on a rotating six-week schedule from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

• Must reside in mainland UK.

• Successful completion of reference checks, credit checks, and criminal record checks.
