Customer Results Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in Tekmetric Marketing products.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the auto repair sector and the marketing strategies commonly employed by shops.

• Conduct group onboarding sessions and ensure every customer is prepared for their launch.

• Effectively communicate the requirements and expectations for account setup.

• Educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Tekmetric Marketing.

• Deliver exceptional service throughout the onboarding process in a dynamic environment.

• Work collaboratively with sales, customer success, operations, support, and engineering teams.

• Utilize feedback to enhance the onboarding experience continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or a customer-facing role.

• Strong Project Management skills.

• Proven ability to proactively address escalated client service issues while providing insights to the organization.

• Capability to work closely with the Customer Success team to collaboratively solve problems.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
