This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the daily operations, performance monitoring, and enhancement of contractor-oriented loyalty, incentive, and engagement initiatives.
• Act as the main marketing contact for major strategic contractor accounts.
• Foster program participation and engagement to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
• Create business solutions for strategic partners within the new construction, repair, and remodeling sectors.
• Assist with customer advocacy, lead nurturing, contractor/builder collateral strategies, and training and engagement events.
• Administer the Contractor Loyalty Program, ensuring adherence to rules, product eligibility, contractor data accuracy, and compliance.
• Formulate and implement enrollment strategies while overseeing contractor onboarding, enrollment, and field enablement.
• Construct customer benefit packages and work together on promotions and incentives that encourage product adoption and increase share of wallet.
• Provide field teams with training materials, onboarding guides, and promotional tools.
• Support field initiatives, contractor education events, and specialized campaigns.
• Create nurture strategies for converting contractor prospects into active users.
• Develop sales tools and conversion incentives to enhance sales execution.
• Plan and execute contractor event strategies, encompassing trade shows and distributor events.
• Keep track of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Deliver monthly reports on program performance.
• Build segmented contractor datasets and identify segment insights.
• Utilize program analytics and support localized contractor data and territory action plans.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and data teams to enhance contractor data and insights.
• Create pitch decks and sales tools for builder opportunities.
• Assist homeowner-facing design centers and co-branded homeowner campaigns.
• Develop and expand multi-home incentive programs for builders' use and product preference.
• Collaborate closely with field sales and strategic account managers to implement pull strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing loyalty or credentialing programs.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing roles focused on pull strategies and engagement initiatives with trade audiences.
• Knowledge of the new construction, repair, and remodeling industries, as well as contractor and builder segments, is preferred.
• Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives, including managing key account relationships.
• Proficient in marketing tools and software applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
