Customer Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Execute all activities related to contract performance, typically associated with a customer location.

• Serve as the point of contact between the customer and the project team, managing information flow and requests.

• Ensure prompt resolution of issues while keeping the customer informed about project developments.

• Negotiate modifications, variations, and solutions to challenges.

• Guarantee compliance with contract service, operational, and performance standards.

• Track financial and technical metrics specific to the contract.

• Conduct proposal negotiations and contract administration tasks with minimal oversight.

• Assist managers and senior contract personnel with assigned contracts.

• Act as the customer liaison concerning contract-related matters.

• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring effective delivery within the area of responsibility.

• Analyze data and provide recommendations leveraging technical experience and expertise.

• Serve as a resource for less experienced team members.

• Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource demands.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information and foster consensus.

• Influence others on relevant topics within the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in services and related operations.

• Strong customer service orientation and emphasis on quality.

• Proven capability to lead in an international environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning abilities.

• Willingness to travel within the regions (50%).

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proven skill in analyzing and resolving issues.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects effectively.

• Capacity to document, plan, market, and implement programs.
