Customer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand the Customer Reference Program by collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Oversee the customer community, monthly newsletters, case studies, testimonials, and User Groups from start to finish.

• Monitor and evaluate data to measure the ROI of the Customer Reference Program and enhance its effectiveness.

• Establish and manage the budget and supply of customer rewards and incentives.

• Empower customers to share their experiences on technology review platforms and analyst reports.

• 2-4 years of progressively relevant experience in marketing, sales, or customer success.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-focused with a proven track record of achieving positive business outcomes.

• Self-motivated individual eager to develop new programs from inception to completion.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities and business insight; strong ability to synthesize data and insights.

• Capacity to multitask and manage several projects concurrently while maintaining organization.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a service-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate with both internal and external teams.
