Customer Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and on-site implementation of customer events

• Organize event logistics, enhance guest experience, and manage follow-up activities

• Offer suggestions to enhance customer events

• Take ownership of the customer growth KPI through outreach emails and marketing initiatives

• Broaden the database of client contacts across various regions, brands, and departments within current accounts

• Create account-specific data narratives, talking points, and customer-focused materials

• Aid in the research, customization, and development of customer workshop presentations

• Convert Launchmetrics data, including Media Impact Value® / MIV®, into narratives tailored to specific brands

• Manage personalized customer outreach initiatives via email and other channels

• Establish and nurture relationships with Tier 2 client contacts throughout the customer spectrum

• Gather and monitor engagement, scoring, and intent signals using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lemlist

• Provide actionable account insights to Sales, Customer Success, and the Marketing Director

• Assist in the regular tracking and reporting of customer marketing goals

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, the Marketing Engagements Executive, and the Marketing Director

• Report directly to the Marketing Director


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be located in the UK

• Candidates must hold a valid work permit to be eligible

• 1–3 years of experience in customer marketing, marketing coordination, ABM, event support, or a similar field

• Proficient in relationship-building and hands-on execution

• Inquisitive about brands and individuals, with the capacity to tailor messages for specific accounts

• Comfortable serving as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including senior clients

• Ability to extract, clean, and interpret data to craft compelling customer narratives

• Excellent written communication skills

• Capability to present information effectively

• Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple workshops, campaigns, or events concurrently

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or Lemlist is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Knowledge of the Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty industry is a plus

• Proactive mindset in identifying and tackling tasks
