Customer Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and on-site execution of customer events, focusing on logistics, guest experiences, and follow-up.

• Provide creative ideas to enhance customer event experiences.

• Take ownership of the customer growth KPI through outbound emails and marketing initiatives.

• Broaden the database of client contacts across various regions, brands, and departments within current accounts.

• Create account-specific content, data narratives, talking points, and supporting materials.

• Aid in the research, customization, and creation of customer workshop presentations.

• Interpret Launchmetrics data, including Media Impact Value® / MIV®, into narratives specific to brands.

• Organize personalized customer outreach campaigns through email and additional channels.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Tier 2 client contacts throughout the customer base.

• Gather and monitor engagement, scoring, and intent signals utilizing multiple sources.

• Communicate actionable insights with Sales, Customer Success, and the Marketing Director.

• Assist in regular tracking and reporting of customer marketing goals.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, the Marketing Engagements Executive, and the Marketing Director.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer marketing, marketing coordination, account-based marketing (ABM), event support, or a similar field.

• Proficient in relationship-building and hands-on execution.

• Inquisitive about brands and individuals, capable of understanding specific accounts and tailoring messages accordingly.

• Comfortable serving as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including senior customers.

• Confident with data: able to extract, clean, and interpret metrics, transforming them into compelling customer narratives.

• Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to information presentation.

• Organized and reliable; capable of managing multiple workshops, campaigns, or events concurrently.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or Lemlist is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of the Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty industries is a plus.

• Proactive mindset.

• Must be based in the UK.

• A valid work permit is required for consideration.
