Customer Integration Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support customers during the installation, setup, and resolution of issues throughout the onboarding process, from contract signing to go-live.

• Oversee system setup, data exchange, and activities related to operational readiness.

• Precisely document and implement customer specifications.

• Monitor onboarding milestones and deliverables across multiple clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and updates.

• Provide prompt status updates and educate customers about processes, timelines, and requirements.

• Identify setup or integration challenges, troubleshoot with internal teams, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Keep records of onboarding activities, configurations, customer needs, and integration procedures.

• Adhere to established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Create or revise documentation, guides, and onboarding materials.

• Facilitate a seamless transition from the sales team to operational execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Basic knowledge of customer integration, industry principles, and terminology.

• Familiarity with standard office software and CRM technologies.

• Basic understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data exchange methods.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to adhere to structured processes and SOPs.

• Preferred experience in customer integrations, onboarding, or technical support.

• Preferred experience with logistics, shipping, or supply chain platforms.

• Preferred familiarity with JSON, XML, or similar data formats.

• Prior experience with integration tools or middleware solutions is preferred.

• Strong and professional communication skills.

• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and customer priorities in a dynamic environment.
