This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create and assist our clients in implementing technical solutions utilizing the Enode API tailored to their engineering, product, and business requirements.
• Provide guidance to clients on technical product architecture and best practices for utilizing the Enode API, along with ongoing technical support (e.g., addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting client implementations, and resolving or escalating issues).
• In addition to identifying and troubleshooting issues in client implementations, you will actively implement necessary fixes and/or enhancements directly in the Enode codebase.
• Serve as a champion for new products, features, and company initiatives based on client discussions and your own product knowledge that you will cultivate in this role, ensuring that Enode’s resources are directed towards high-impact areas.
• Lead and/or contribute to internal projects (e.g., developer portal experience, Integration Guides, customer analysis, etc.).
• Over 5 years of experience related to customer engineering, such as solutions/sales engineering or as a user-focused software engineer.
• A versatile individual who thrives on managing technical client relationships while also being able to delve into the codebase for fixes and improvements.
• Experience in deploying complex software within critical infrastructure environments, mapping API software to existing enterprise stacks like ERP, CRM, and similar systems.
• Background in working with enterprise clients that have extensive IT departments and associated work processes and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues appropriately for different audiences.
• A flexible operator and team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and a flat organization where tasks often shift to meet the company's needs.
• Willingness to travel to client locations regularly.
• Nice to have: Experience in a technical role within third-party API companies.
• Nice to have: Pre-sales experience, supporting RfP processes for enterprise clients.
