Customer Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in both Welsh and English

• Recognize trends and identify customers who may be at risk

• Employ active listening skills to assist customers in achieving financial wellness

• Approach challenging topics with empathy and resilience

• Provide customized solutions with care

• Offer first-point-of-contact assistance to Welsh-speaking customers in their preferred language

• Participate in rotational shifts, including one Saturday every three weeks

• Complete three weeks of remote training under the guidance of a dedicated L&D Trainer

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Welsh

• Full right to work within the UK

• Candidates must pass a basic credit check and a criminal background check

• No CCJ, IVA, or Bankruptcy recorded on credit history

• Availability for rotational shifts from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1 pm, including one Saturday every three weeks

• Capability to work either 37.5 or 40 hours weekly

• Demonstrated empathy and resilience when addressing sensitive topics

• Excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment

• Proficient in handling calls in both Welsh and English
