Customer Care Representative – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls related to student inquiries

• Support families and educational institutions involved in the scholarship program

• Respond to questions regarding scholarship applications and funding statuses

• Ensure caller satisfaction and confirm student registrations

• Offer solutions through effective questioning and attentive listening

⛳️ Requirements

• Temporary 6-month contract

• Must be eligible to work in the USA

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong abilities in multitasking

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish; fluency will be assessed during the application process

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Previous experience in customer service

• Reliable wired internet connection

• A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace
