This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Create programs and initiatives aimed at meeting volume targets, budgetary goals, and strategic planning objectives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients.
• Oversee Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, and Shelving strategies at accounts to enhance sales and achieve annual goals for both the company and its customers.
• Supervise trade promotion investments and ensure the efficient use of trade spending.
• Utilize various data sources to provide ecommerce insights to internal teams and clients.
• Manage both direct and broker relationships to ensure cohesive and flawless execution in the marketplace.
• Assist Strategic eCommerce customers, as well as the Amazon and Whole Foods business segments.
• Collaborate within McCormick’s US Consumer Products Division and Pure Play sales team.
• Report directly to the Customer Business Manager III.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or 6 years of directly related experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, including retail buying, branded food service, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, or Category Management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a customer base is required.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong capabilities in negotiation, influencing, and leadership.
• Proficient in standard business and analytical tools.
• Awareness of how Sales collaborates with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.
• An analytical mindset with a thorough understanding of Consumption data tools, including Circana, Nielsen, and Vendor Central.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Ecommerce/Omni Sales.
• A proactive approach to Business Management.
• Knowledge of industry, commercial aspects, and business acumen.
• Candidates must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
