📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy for Blackbaud Community and the Champions advocacy program, crafting a cohesive experience that enhances customer engagement and advocacy.

• Expand and nurture an active customer community through dynamic campaigns, effective communication, member-led user groups, moderation, and robust member support.

• Recognize and cultivate customers into Champions, speakers, reviewers, references, and storytellers, fostering trusted relationships throughout their advocacy journey.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Events, Brand, and other teams to align community and advocacy activities with broader business objectives.

• Establish and monitor metrics for community health and advocacy impact, leveraging data along with automation and AI-driven capabilities to enhance programs, processes, and governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, customer advocacy, customer marketing, or customer success, with the capability to take ownership of customer-facing initiatives.

• Background in managing an enterprise customer community or an advocacy, champion, or reference program, with a solid understanding of how these elements support the customer journey.

• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities, with experience collaborating effectively across various teams and stakeholders.

• Confidence in prioritizing tasks within an agile environment and utilizing engagement and program data to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.

• A collaborative, customer-centric mindset with the skill to forge clear connections between customer needs, community engagement, and advocacy prospects.
