Customer Advisor, Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Offer first-level inbound support to current customers

• Provide technical assistance to customers

• Deliver product recommendations based on customer needs and enhance contracts

• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products and services

• Address customer issues with confidence and empathy

• Foster customer loyalty and enhance overall satisfaction

• Exclusively handle inbound services for the German market on behalf of a prominent client

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a customer advisor in technical support emphasizing sales

• Proficient in German (C1 level)

• High-speed internet access via LAN

• A quiet home office environment

• Flexibility in work schedule

• Availability to work weekends; limited to twice per month, with compensatory time off during weekdays

• Strong aptitude in sales
