Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees of client organizations regarding financial wellness, insurance, retirement strategies, and personal finance.

• Assist customers through phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Manage customer inquiries independently from the initial consultation to implementation.

• Clearly articulate complex subjects in a manner tailored to the audience.

• Actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of services and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer support.

• Individuals transitioning careers with a strong service orientation and a keen interest in financial matters are encouraged to apply.

• Enjoy engaging with people and providing expert advice.

• Possess a structured, independent, and solution-focused work approach.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and contemporary communication methods.
