Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to employees on Financial Wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning, and personal finance.

• Ensure an outstanding customer experience as a contact point through phone, email, and digital channels.

• Manage customer inquiries autonomously, guiding them from consultation to implementation.

• Communicate complex subjects clearly and appropriately for the intended audience.

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of services and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Individuals transitioning careers with a strong service mindset and an interest in financial matters are encouraged to apply.

• Enjoy engaging with people and delivering advisory services.

• Structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Excellent command of the German language.

• Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels.
