This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the overall commercial relationship for Mach7’s established customer base within a designated US region.
• Safeguard contracted revenue through systematic renewals.
• Expand the existing customer base by promoting Mach7’s Enterprise Imaging Platform, VNA, eUnity diagnostic viewer, and digital pathology solutions.
• Secure new customers within the assigned territory.
• Oversee renewal forecasts and maintain an ongoing 12-month renewal schedule.
• Begin renewal discussions 9–12 months prior to the expiration of enterprise contracts and 6 months before smaller accounts expire.
• Lead negotiations for commercial renewals in collaboration with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Identify accounts at risk and implement written save plans.
• Drive multi-year renewals and capture uplifts while protecting against margin erosion and uncontrolled discounting.
• Maintain account plans and develop 12–24 month expansion strategies.
• Sell additional modules, services, facilities, affiliates, cloud migration, storage, viewer licenses, and professional services.
• Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Foster reference customers, develop case studies, recruit podium speakers, and gather peer references.
• Manage a net-new pipeline target and prospect within health systems and imaging providers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation, field events, and campaign follow-up.
• Work with Partner/Channel organizations on partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
• Respond to regional RFPs in conjunction with Solution Consulting, Product, Security, and Legal teams.
• Displace existing PACS/VNA vendors by implementing competitive strategies and quantified business cases.
• Ensure accurate monthly forecasts across renewals, expansions, and new customer acquisitions.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, including contacts, stages, next steps, close dates, notes, and qualification fields.
• Provide structured feedback from customers to Product and Marketing teams.
• Incorporate AI into daily responsibilities, validate AI outputs, enhance workflows, and utilize AI in a responsible manner.
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience is required.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing goals in sales, athletics, academics, or other competitive fields.
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person presentation abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and function without a fully defined playbook.
• Strong CRM discipline with the capability to maintain accurate and clean pipeline data.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region, up to 20% of the time.
• At least 2 years or equivalent experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Prior exposure to a CRM and a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, or similar is preferred.
• Relevant coursework, internships, or experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, life sciences, or health administration is preferred.
• Experience with public speaking, competitive athletics, debate, or similar activities that foster resilience to rejection and emphasize practice is preferred.
