This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Acquire and sustain long-term essential customers within Executive business sectors.

• Oversee all facets of the aftermarket relationship with clients.

• Evaluate customer requirements, expectations, and challenges to formulate suitable plans and services.

• Act as a bridge between clients and Embraer to promote company solutions and ensure mutual satisfaction.

• Organize, coordinate, execute, monitor, and control customer account management tasks, processes, programs, and outcomes.

• Provide technical and commercial assistance to clients/operators for company products and services.

• Investigate and devise methods to enhance, streamline, and modernize area activities, programs, systems, and technologies.

• Serve as a communication conduit between key customers and internal teams.

• Align customer requirements with internal processes and focal points.

• Address customer issues and complaints to uphold trust.

• Recognize customer needs and transform them into sales opportunities.

• Prepare and oversee target programs.

• Engage in department budget formulation and manage area/program budgets.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, work security/safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

• Guarantee high-quality services and adherence to ISO standards.

• Manage productivity and organizational outcomes.

• Cultivate a work environment that promotes employee motivation and productivity.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.

• At least 10 years of experience in managing client/operator technical and commercial support related to company aircraft and services.

• Demonstrated experience as a key account manager.

• Sales experience and the ability to provide solutions based on customer needs.

• Highly organized and detail-focused.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships across various organizational levels.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation.

• Capability to work safely and professionally while complying with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.

• Dedication to company values and adherence to departmental norms, policies, directives, and procedures.

• Ability to integrate Lean and P3E processes and concepts into daily operations.

• Commitment to ongoing process and procedure enhancement.

• Ability to safeguard confidential and proprietary documents and information.

• Capacity to meet work schedule obligations.
