Curriculum Developer – Radiologic Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create the educational experience for Stepful's new Radiologic Technology program.

• Design high-quality, engaging online curriculum for a comprehensive, two-year, degree-granting program.

• Develop course materials and assessments that align with Radiologic Technology certification and accreditation requirements.

• Adhere to Stepful's content development format and procedural standards.

• Collaborate closely with Stepful's internal team while receiving guidance and direction.

• Comply with the project timeline associated with Stepful's accreditation submission.

• Update content status and progress through Zoom, Slack, and internal project management tools.

• Establish and uphold strict quality-control measures for accuracy and relevance.

• Experiment with various content modalities, including skill labs and virtual simulations.

• Work in an async-first manner with 1–2 synchronous meetings each week during Eastern hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health science, STEM, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing online curriculum within a healthcare environment is required.

• Radiologic Technology license or certification (e.g., ARRT) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in higher education or degree-granting programs is a plus.

• Availability for 1–2 synchronous meetings each week during Eastern hours.

• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Google Drive and Google Documents.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Open to receiving constructive feedback regarding style and content.

• Instructional design experience, particularly in degree-granting or higher-education programs, is beneficial.

• Previous experience in developing Radiologic Technology or other allied-health curriculum is a plus.

• Strong grasp of edtech, online pedagogy, and the needs of adult learners is advantageous.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to enhance content development is a bonus.

• Experience in creating short-form videos, especially in scripting, is a plus.
