📋 Description

• Create high-quality, captivating online learning materials for Stepful's healthcare programs, including Pharmacy Technician, Nursing, and Medical Preceptor Training.

• Adhere to Stepful's established standards for content development structure and flow.

• Develop assessment questions throughout the courses.

• Ensure that learning materials are in alignment with certification standards.

• Collaborate with Stepful's internal team for guidance and direction.

• Meet project deadlines and communicate content status and progress through Zoom, Slack, and internal project management tools.

• Implement and uphold strict quality control measures to guarantee that educational programs maintain high standards of accuracy and relevance.

• Explore new content formats, including skill labs and virtual simulations, to improve student learning experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field, or at least 2 years of experience teaching STEM curriculum.

• Over 3 years of experience in online curriculum development as a content creator, teaching assistant, or MOOC author in healthcare programs.

• A strong enthusiasm for leveraging AI to expedite content creation.

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.

• Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Documents.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to meet deadlines.

• Open to constructive feedback regarding style and content.

• Availability to work during EST hours.

• Instructional design skills, a solid understanding of educational technology, online pedagogy, and the needs of adult learners, along with analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, strong communication skills, and experience in short-form video scripting are advantageous.
