Cruise Line Program Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the in-kind program for the Cruise Line to support chapter wish requests.

• Provide guidance and assistance to chapters regarding program usage.

• Work in conjunction with the Corporate Alliances team to secure, develop, and enhance in-kind resources for chapters.

• Ensure alignment with the needs of chapters and create effective processes and training sessions.

• Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, and corporate partners.

• Analyze, monitor, and report on the utilization of the program.

• Compile and share feedback from chapters to enhance the program's impact.

• Directly handle booking requests.

• Prepare and maintain program documentation, such as request forms, process documents, and fact sheets.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visas or immigration processes are not sponsored.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to cultivate and nurture effective business relationships with national and chapter staff, vendors, and donors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadline pressures.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Experience in travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel.

• 1–3 years of experience in the non-profit sector is required; experience within a Make-A-Wish chapter or similar federated non-profit organization is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Salesforce systems is preferred.

• Capability to excel in a remote-first work environment.

• Travel may be required, up to 10%.

• Availability to work outside a traditional Monday–Friday schedule and outside normal business hours may be necessary.
