Cruise Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Promote Norwegian Cruise Line offerings to direct consumers via outbound calls, leads, and prospects.

• Assess travel requirements and offer explanations of cruise products along with travel recommendations.

• Build and sustain customer relationships through outstanding service and rapport.

• Recognize and fulfill customer needs and expectations while striving for retention objectives.

• Follow up with consumers to finalize sales and achieve or surpass revenue targets.

• Develop and nurture connections with both new and existing consumers.

• Keep prospect lists and contact databases updated to identify travel trends.

• Actively promote and sell products based on clients' travel histories.

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of cruise products, including features, benefits, pricing, promotions, itineraries, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and ship amenities.

• Attend daily team meetings and participate in relevant sales training sessions.

• Engage in department-approved mass email campaigns aimed at specific guest profiles.

• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• At least one year of sales experience is necessary.

• Two years of sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in cruise sales is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication skills for both telephone and internal interactions.

• Strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line products, the current fleet, and ship itineraries.

• Capability to multitask in a high-energy, goal-oriented, and quota-driven sales environment.

• Compliance with a strictly enforced dress code is required.
